Izole Lak Pure Acrylic Primer

Izole Lak Pure Acrylic Primer is a water based, transparent and concentrated acrylic copolymer emulsion developed for every type of interior and exterior use as a surface preparation primer for putty and paint applications.

Durable
It penetrates the dirt or dirty layer into the stucco. It avoids the water loss of paint or stucco and helps them get better adherence to the wall.

Economical
It makes the materials applied last longer. It decreases the absorptivity of the surface thus it helps you save more paint.

Sanitory
It is water-based. It doesn't contain any substances that are harmful for human health and environment. It has a high value of vapour permeability and lets the applied surfaces breathe. It keeps molds, bacterias and microbes away.

Before applying Izole Lak Pure Acrylic Primer, the dust, dirt, old paint residues must be cleared from surface. The surface must be dry and smooth.

1 kg Izole Lak Pure Acrylic Primer should be mixed with 5 lt of water and must be applied to the wall by using brush or paint roller until the surface is saturated. If plaster or putty will be applied you must repeat the process of Izole Lak Pure Acrylic Primer applicaition just after grinding or sandpapering.

After finishing the application, the materials must be cleaned by water before primer dries. If you are planning to use Ceiling Paint or Satin Ceiling Paint, you should avoid using using Izole Lak Pure Acrylic Primer.

The surface becomes dry in 2 hours under the temperature of 20^oC and 65% humidity conditons. 12 hours are needed before starting the application of paint or putty.

For the application of Acrylic Putty, the surface must be stable and solid. So if it is applied in a new construction, four weeks are needed for the hardening of the cement.

Consumption
Izole Lak Pure Acrylic Primer: 0.020-0.030 kg/m²

The material must be stored in cool environments and must be prevented against frost. The product must be used within 12 months.

Izole Lak Pure Acrylic Primer is packaged and introduced to the market as 1, 3 and 20 kg poliethylene buckets.
