Akriputz TD

Akriputz TD is a coloured, acrylic-based, silicon adulterated, grained, decorative exterior surface coat developed for using on thermal insulation panels.

Decorative
Its small grains gives the applied surfaces a decorative textured look.

Durable
High quality additives is used in the production thus it makes the applied surface resistant to extreme environmental conditions and thermal shocks. Since it has a high proportion polymer additives in its composition, it completely adheres and corresponds with the surface. It is a flexible, water-repellent product which is resistant to the thermal shocks.

Economical
Its grained texture covers the plaster imperfections like pores, haircracks, etc. It is applied easily and quickly by using steele trowel. It saves you time and labour.

Sanitory
Since it has minerals and fiber in its commposition; it has a high value of vapour permeability and lets the applied surfaces breathe. değildir. It keeps molds, bacterias and microbes away.

The surface that Akriputz TD will be applied must be clean, dry and solid. The imperfections should be fixed 72 hours before the application by using Rustik Putty or Restore Repair Mortar.

To avoid the water loss of Akriputz TD and get better adherence to the wall, 1 kg Izole Lak Pure Acrylic Primer should be mixed with 5 lt of water and must be applied to the wall by using brush or paint roller until the surface is saturated. Plastic Putty must be applied for slight imperfections and Rustik Putty must be applied for subtler imperfections.

Before the application, Akriputz TD should be mixed until it becomes homogenous. Akriputz TD should be to the spreaded to the surface by using steele or plastic trowel. The texture is obtained by the circular movements of the trowel.

You have to avoid applying Akriputz TD to the low resistant ve unstable surfaces. To obtain a homogenous texture, the environment must be cool and prevented from direct sunlight and wind. The temperature must be between 5^oC and 35^oC degrees. It dries in 6 hours in 20^oC ve %65 relative humidity conditions. Applied surface becomes completely dry and impact-resistant in 36 hours.

Consumption
Akriputz TD: 2.500-3.000 kg/m²

The material must be stored in cool environments and must be prevented against frost. The product should be used within 12 months.

Akriputz TD is packaged and introduced to the market as 25 kg poliethylene buckets.
